By accessing and using the THRIVCARE application ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on THRIVCARE for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

3. Medical Disclaimer

• The information provided is for educational and informational purposes only
• Never ignore professional medical advice or delay in seeking it
• If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 immediately
• Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider

4. Emergency Services

THRIVCARE is NOT a replacement for calling 911 in emergencies. The SOS button is designed to supplement, not replace, professional emergency services. Response times are not guaranteed.

5. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for providing accurate information, understanding limitations of the service, and using it in a respectful and lawful manner.

6. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall THRIVCARE or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on THRIVCARE.
